**Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales ledger by processing invoices, payments, and credit notes.
  • Ensuring all transactions are accurately posted and reconciled.
  • Handling customer queries with a smile and a can-do attitude.
  • Collaborating with the credit control team to chase overdue accounts.
  • Preparing reports for management to ensure the smooth running of the department.

**What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (sales ledger, accounts receivable, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills - you'll be working with teams across the business!
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
