**Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales ledger by processing invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Ensuring all transactions are accurately posted and reconciled.
- Handling customer queries with a smile and a can-do attitude.
- Collaborating with the credit control team to chase overdue accounts.
- Preparing reports for management to ensure the smooth running of the department.
