Part-Time Accounts Administrator

- Salary: £13 per hour
REED Lancaster is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Experience with Sage 200 and Excel is highly advantageous.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conducting debt collection activities, including handling queries and issuing monthly sales statements, reminder, and stop letters.
- Reconciling client remittances to their accounts.
- Entering bank statement transactions into the company's cashbook.
- Posting all transactions to Sage and running credit checks on customers.
- Processing purchase invoices and reconciling monthly purchase ledger statements.
- Performing other general accounts office duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous knowledge of Sage 200 is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel is required.
- Experience of working on multiple companies within Sage would be beneficial.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines is essential.
- A positive, sunny nature with a ‘Can do' attitude is a requirement.
