Assistant retail operations manager ?

This Assistant operations manager role is perfect for a confident multisite or store manager, strong in all things reporting and operations. This first step into area management will provide the right candidate with all the tools they need to excel into a senior area manager/ head of retail role, and with the speedy growth of this business you may be able to do it internally! ??
The ideal candidate will be based relatively Northern in the UK in order to best support the business growth across the UK (Yorkshire area would be ideal!) and with have the below experience:
? Training, onboarding and development of management level team members.
? Strong handle on internal reporting including financial, attendance, product reporting, H&S, performance & Stock management.
? Stocktaking, Cost control & Target management.
? Stakeholder engagement & relationship management- this is a close-knit business, and you will sit 1 direct report away from the CEO!
? Full clean driving license as this role will include travel.

This role is offering a basic salary of £35,000- £40,000 DOE
