Are you focused on delivering customer excellence? Looking for a new challenge within a growing company?
We are supporting a company based in Horley to recruit a Customer Success Administrator on a full time permanent basis. Training will take 6 weeks which will be based onsite after this period, hybrid working will be offered.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Success Administrator: - Support to onboard to customers
- Be the point of contact for customer queries on the platform
- Provide training sessions to customer on how to run reports off the system
- Running adhoc reports to support customers when required
- Increasing customers engagement through the platform by advising best practices to customers

Key Skills for the Customer Success Administrator: - Strong customer service experience both on the phone and via email
- Eager to learn
- Engaging personality, able to build relationships and trust easily
