This is a truly amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their professional development with an expanding business! This brand is expanding their HR function and is looking for a HR & Payroll Assistant to join their team! Reporting into the HR & Payroll Manager, this role operates on a transactional HR level, supporting all functions of the business.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a busy, energetic environment and is not afraid to get stuck in!

The role's responsibilities:

  • Support on all transactional duties within the HR team, administering the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure that onboarding and offboarding processes adhere to policy and are executed across the group.
  • Maintain the HR database and ensure that compliance is accurate and up to date
  • Administer end-to-end payroll processes across the group, answering employee payroll queries ranging from payslip discrepancies to deductions and leave entitlement.
  • Support on wider HR & Payroll functions as and when needed.

The ideal candidate....:

  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable
  • Previous experience in a HR administration position is desired
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • SAGE experience is desirable, or other HRIS systems
