A fantastic opportunity to join an independent company, that are becoming industry experts in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire safety, fire suppression and security systems. They now manage several fire and emergency systems for some of the UK largest hotel and pub chains. My client is looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator to join the team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reviewing credit applications and running credit checks, opening new accounts.
  • Raising credit notes.
  • Produce and issue monthly statements to customers.
  • Providing support to the Senior Credit Controller, by helping to chase overdue invoices via telephone and email.
  • Helping to resolve queries from customers promptly, leasing with our Customer Service Team to achieve this.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience of working within an account's environment
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft word, excel and accounts software such as sage)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
