Parker Young is Delighted to be supporting Metsä Tissue to find a Commercial Excellence Specialist ready to drive success through creating and nurturing a robust compliance process in a leading global organisation, committed to sustainability and innovation.

As Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will join a dynamic team of sales and business development specialists where you'll support everything from pricing through to the contract management processes, while ensuring compliance and efficiency across the sales operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer master data, pricing, and rebate agreements within the ERP system.
  • Implement and monitor pricing and contract management across the Sales & Operations region.
  • Ensure compliance with governance model for customer contracts and rebates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product Management teams to drive business development projects.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) and 2-3 years of experience in finance or business (such as customer service or sales).
  • Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A team player with a detail-oriented, structured way of working.
