A leading education trust is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to join their team- this is a great role where the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of day to day, encompassing the Finance, IT and HR functions, as well as for the wider administrative support team.
This role is based on-site 5 days a week, and will be across the Trusts schools.
Duties for this role includes-
- management of admin, site and cleaning teams
- ensuring efficient running of the support function
- liaise with staff at all levels across the trust
- budget management
- delivery of the service support function
- ensure all relevant records are kept up to date
- support the management of school expenditure, revenue and budgets
- support the application of relevant bids for the trust
- ensure that the HR function accurately records all information relating to absence, ER and performance
- oversight of estates management
The ideal candidate for this role-
- is IOSH qualified
- holds Level 4 Management Qualification or equivalent experience and CPD
- has appropriate financial qualifications and experience
- has managed staff
- is experienced in business and administrative management experience
- is proficient in ICT
- has excellent communication skills.
