As a Level 3 TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure student progress.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
