Marketing Administrator
Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing Manager. This position requires an individual with strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the maintenance of marketing materials.
- Execute marketing projects and events from conception to completion.
- Maintain the company's social media platforms.
- Conduct research and analyse trends to identify marketing opportunities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Support the production of promotional materials.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks.
Key Characteristics Required:
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in content creation and management.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also being able to work independently.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Good with communication.
- Able to work on multiple projects and manage priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable Skills:
- Basic understanding of Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign.
