Profile
A successful Engineering Supervisor should have:
- Proven experience as a team leader within the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge & Passion for Health and Safety
- HNC or equivalent within engineering
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- The ability to multitask and make critical decisions under pressure.
