Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Response Driver to join our passionate and driven team based at several of our client's sites in the Stroud area

OCS is looking to increase the Security Relief Team Relief for two sites in Taunton. Gatehouse duties at one site working 06:00 – 18:00 Thursday and Friday. Patrols, CCTV monitoring and supporting tenants Saturday and Sunday 17:00 – 05:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to intruder alarms as appropriate, inspect for signs of break-in and Liaise with police and emergency services and control room 24/7 Helpdesk.
  • Comply with schedule mobile open and lock of our client's premises.
  • Complete reports using our Smart technology system LIMIT/ Trackforce recording information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Cary out site visit, completing site audit and staff welfare of officers.
  • Completing Void property inspection Reports to our clients properties.
  • To ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service.
  • To promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directive.
  • To adhere to the company's dress code and wear correct uniform.
  • To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company's health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
  • To comply with the company's policies, management plans and procedures.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Strong people and customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be able to carry out duties whilst lone working and as part of a team be confident filling in necessary paperwork.
  • We want to see enthusiasm, a proactive attitude and your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • You need to be well presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail.
  • A Criminal Record Check, employment history and Right to Work check.
  • SIA LICENSE Is a requirement.
  • CCTV License is desirable
  • Driving License is a requirement
