As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in the smooth running and provide a comprehensive support to their legal team. Your duties will include document preparation, managing correspondence, typing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage legal documents with accuracy.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, court dates, and meetings.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with client communication and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform general office duties, such as typing, photocopying, and mailing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A certificate or diploma in legal studies is preferred.
