Position Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from quotation to delivery, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will also play a key role in stock management and coordination with production and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotations & Orders: Generate accurate quotations and take customer orders promptly.
- Order Processing: Input orders into the Sage line 50 system, ensuring all details are correct.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and book items into stock. If stock is unavailable, liaise with the production team to determine lead times.
- Stock Replenishment: Produce stock replenishment requests and allocate stock as necessary.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Create invoices, print delivery notes, and coordinate with the dispatch department to ensure timely deliveries.
Skills & Experience:
- Software Knowledge: Experience with Sage Line 50 is preferred. If not, experience with a similar finance software system is required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process orders and manage stock levels.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, production, and dispatch teams effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team in a positive and collaborative manner.
