A reputable law firm in North Dorset is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy Family Law Department. This full-time, permanent position offers the possibility of hybrid working. The firm offers a fantastic opportunity to be a vital part of a well-established team, working with a variety of clients on high-quality family law matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse caseload including divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements, and relationship breakdowns
- Manage existing client matters and provide high-quality legal services
- Ideally be a qualified mediator, though this is not essential
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in family law
- Expertise in managing a wide range of family law cases
- Strong skills in dealing with sensitive family matters
