Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on a brilliant opportunity for an Administration Manager in Warwickshire to join a specialist financial planning firm, that pride themselves in offering unrestricted and unbiased advice.

This company have been ranked in the Top 100 Adviser firms in the UK for the last few years' and pride themselves on the quality of service and advice they give their clients.

This role will include managing the administration team, through activities such as 1-2-1s and appraisals, as well as managing workflows and dealing with complex administrative tasks. This firm will provide continued career development support and have a genuine focus on the well-being of their staff.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience as a manager within a Wealth Management company
