An exciting role for a Reward & Benefits professional who would enjoy a wider role supporting a Reward Manager for a boutique firm as part of a small team. As a key member of the Reward team, you will work with the Reward Manager and key stakeholders in the business to review, set and provide input on the delivery of the reward strategy. You be joining a small, but very effective team, who strive to provide a high level of support whilst being committed to creating an exceptional working environment. This business places a high value on collaboration and is looking for someone who is keen to share their knowledge and expertise.

This role will involve supporting the annual benefit enrolments, salary and bonus reviews, benchmarking and regular reporting.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working and has the potential for future career progression.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience working in Reward and Benefits.
  • Experience of reporting and strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets and presentations.
