We are currently seeking full-time temporary call centre staff to join our client's team for a short-term project. The primary responsibility will be calling customers to conduct an in-house survey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to conduct the satisfaction survey.
- Accurately record survey results in a database for further analysis.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism during each call.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the project (3-4 weeks).
- Must be office-based in Darlington.
