Your Role:
As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them to maintain their independence, improve their well-being, and stay connected to their community.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities (domestic tasks, personal care, medication prompting)
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
- Building positive relationships and promoting a high quality of life
Qualifications:
- Full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
- DBS Certificate
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care Certificate
- Proven experience in providing care to older adults
- Empathy, compassion, and strong communication skills
