As an Appointment Maker, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. You will be responsible for contacting warm leads, nurturing existing relationships, and securing appointments for the business development team. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our client's products/services and setting up appointments for the business development team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor appointment arrangements accordingly
- Utilise effective communication skills to establish rapport and inspire confidence in our client's offerings
- Collaborate with the business development team to gather relevant information to ensure appointments are well-prepared and seamless
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, appointments scheduled, and outcomes achieved.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar appointment setting or sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate key messages in an engaging and persuasive manner
- Proven track record in achieving targets or KPIs within a sales-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of individuals
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
