Payroll Assistant

RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an established and reputable client in the Engineering industry who are looking for a payroll administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive payroll team of 3 within a successful company.

The successful candidate will report into the payroll manager and is responsible for the following:

  • Collate timesheets for weekly paid employees
  • Additional pay calculation
  • Annual leave, sickness pay/paternity pay etc
  • Payslip review
  • HMRC Submissions
  • Process any starters and leavers
  • Process P45 and P60
  • Tax codes/pension contributions etc
  • PAYE
  • Weekly Allocation Journals
