A regarded Civil Litigation practice in Warrington has a fantastic opening for an ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor in its expanding team.
The firm deals predominantly with the recovery of debts, both business to business and business to client. It is growing the team organically and has need for an additional Solicitor with demonstrable litigation experience.
Ideally, you'll have over 2 years' experience (however all experience levels will be considered), with a solid background in Civil Litigation matters and Debt Recovery, however all solid litigation experience will be considered.
Core duties will include managing a litigated caseload from instruction to completion, you will also be expected to take a leading role in the running and mentoring of the junior team. The team acts for a wide variety of clients on a national scale and is an industry recognised firm. It has a collegiate and supportive environment, offering ongoing professional development for an ambitious solicitor.
