We are working with a forward thinking and progressive law firm who provide legal services wihtin the technology sector. They are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to join in a newly created role to drive the growth strategy . The suitable candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness and establish strong client relationships.
- Developing and executing the sales and marketing strategies across all platforms
- Revamp the existing systems and processes for the sales & marketing function
- Designing and overseeing effective marketing campaigns across digital, content, events and PR
- Leading and mentoring a small team
- Conduct market research and analysis for market trends, competitor analysis and emerging opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with exisiting and potential clients
- Budget management
The role will suit someone with a strong proven background within professional services and or the tech industry. Strong leadership skills, a creative thinker and someone who is very client focused.
