Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our IT Implementation team.
Based at our Headquarters in Liverpool, you will work as part of a small IT Implementation team, supporting the delivery of new software implementations by providing training to users and configuring the software to meet specifications. You will also collaborate with customers to validate solutions and ensure user requirements are met.

- Spanish - business proficiency (desirable).
Required Competencies
- SQL skills, with ability to write queries and execute simple update statements (desirable).
- Ability to write intermediate/advanced javascript expressions (desirable).
- Application bug diagnostics:
- Log analysis.
- Debugging
Required Work Experience
- Experience using tools such as Asana, Redmine, Git and Google Apps (desirable).
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level (high grade) or above.
