A Finance Assistant is sought to support our expanding professional services team. The successful candidate will possess strong numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and a keen interest in the accounting and finance field.

Description

  • Accurately input financial transactions, invoices, and data into accounting software or spreadsheets
  • Maintain organised financial records and files
  • Process accounts payable by preparing and issuing payments to suppliers
  • Ensure all expenses are properly documented and approved
  • Handle accounts receivable, tracking payments and issuing invoices
  • Follow up on outstanding customer or client balances
  • Assist with bank reconciliations to align financial transactions with bank statements
  • Resolve discrepancies in financial records
  • Support payroll processing
  • Generate financial reports and assist in month-end or year-end closing processes

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • Experience using Business Central preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work in a team and independently
  • Good communication and organisational skills
