Role Overview - HR Partner

Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Partner to join their team in Redditch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and support a successful people function, fulfilling business objectives. With a salary of up to £32,000 + OTE bonus of £6,000, this position provides the chance to work within a purpose-driven business that values its team members' contributions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a generalist HR service, including recruitment, grievances, disciplinary and performance management issues.

What you'll do:

As an HR Partner, you will play a crucial role in influencing and supporting the people function to meet business objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining positive relationships across the team, providing advice on all aspects of HR and people management, ensuring effective communication throughout all processes. You will also be involved in supporting TUPE processes and developing sustainable talent acquisition strategies. Representing the HR function at all times, you will work within statutory guidelines and employment law.

  • Maintain positive working relationships across the team
  • Provide advice and support to the management team with regards to all aspects of HR and people management
  • Ensure all processes have correct and timely communication and administration
  • Support with TUPE processes including the undertaking of ELI gathering, attending consultation meetings, presenting business information and drafting measures information
  • Work with management teams to develop sustainable talent acquisition plans and strategy
  • Represent the HR function at all times, working within statutory, best practice, employment law guidelines

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Partner role will bring a wealth of experience from a similar position. You should have a strong understanding of HR processes and policies, coupled with excellent IT skills. Your written and verbal communication skills will be exceptional, allowing you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. Additionally, your ability to plan, organise and solve problems will ensure your success in this role.

  • Proven experience of working within a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR process and policies
  • Competent in the use and purpose of technology with strong IT skills in Microsoft office
  • Written and verbal communication skills
