Are you a proven leader in the Lettings industry ready for your next big challenge? We are seeking a strategic and inspiring Lettings Branch Manager to lead our dynamic East London office. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to ensure alignment and focus on objectives.
  • Coach the team to achieve and exceed KPIs, fostering an environment of growth and achievement.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Encourage team development and progression through active support and mentoring.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business by developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate tenant viewings and negotiate offers to agree on new tenancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies to maintain a risk-averse operation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing effective business plans.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high volume and time-sensitive workloads.
  • Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications with a good telephone manner and attention to detail.
