Lettings Branch Manager
- Annual Salary: Up to £32,000 basic, OTE up to £60,000

Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to ensure alignment and focus on objectives.
- Coach the team to achieve and exceed KPIs, fostering an environment of growth and achievement.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
- Encourage team development and progression through active support and mentoring.
- Focus on generating new and repeat business by developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate tenant viewings and negotiate offers to agree on new tenancies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies to maintain a risk-averse operation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing effective business plans.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high volume and time-sensitive workloads.
- Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications with a good telephone manner and attention to detail.
