Our Client

Is a local Architectural practice who specialise in residential and student housing developments. With a focus on delivering innovative, sustainable, and community-driven projects. As they expand our portfolio, they are looking for a talented Architect to join our team on a part-time basis, contributing to the design and delivery of BTR and PBSA schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design process for BTR and PBSA projects, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop detailed designs and technical drawings using Revit.
  • Ensure designs meet building regulations, sustainability goals, and client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute creative and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in architectural design, specifically in BTR and PBSA projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
