As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and reconciling invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team.

The ideal Accounts Administrator will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts or finance role.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
