Product Development Admin

We have an excellent opportunity for a Product Development Admin to join the team of an award-winning independent home interior brands based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

About the role As a Product Development Admin you will support the Buying & Merchandising team with all daily tasks, keeping systems updated and information correct.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collate data and update spreadsheets used for Monday Trade, Lessons Learnt, Signs Offs & Adhoc
  • Make sure lead times to customers are managed
  • Raising orders at container level and amending as details change
  • Liaising with suppliers in the Far East and Europe to chase samples, technical specs & send POs
  • Monitor all purchase orders – chasing suppliers for updates and updating systems to reflect any changes as well as flagging to the team any issues
  • Updates price changes on the system where needed to clear stocks
  • SKU set up and management
  • Maintain the Critical Path, ensuring all data is up to date
  • Comp shop analysis
  • Build on the strong relationships cross departmentally
  • Working closely with all team members and provide administrative support where necessary

About the rewards For the role of Product Development Admin, you will be required to work 4 days in the office, 1 from home which varies depending on your week. Benefits include:

About you To be successful for the role of Product Development Admin, you'll have the following experience, personal skills and attributes:

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Good Microsoft Office skills with demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and interpretive skills
  • Ability to initiate and build strong relationships both external and internal
  • Great attention to detail & exceptionally organised
  • Can embrace the challenges of working in a small but rapidly growing company environment
