The Role:

As a UX Designer at Jewellery Quarter Bullion, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional online user experience across all our brands, leveraging A/B testing and data analysis to drive decision making and design improvements.

You will develop an in-depth understanding of our products, our customers, and the bullion industry which will inform and guide your decision-making process. Responsibilities:
- Own UX and UI Design: Lead the design process for our suite of brands, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all platforms.
- Customer Journey Design: Create intuitive and engaging customer journeys that enhance user satisfaction and drive conversions.
- A/B Testing and Data Analysis: Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Design Implementation: Collaborate with front-end developers to implement your designs. While front-end development skills are a bonus, they are not essential.
- Brand Leadership: Take ownership of brand identity and ensure consistency across all digital and print media.
- Non-Web Design Work: Extend your design expertise to print media and other non-web-related design projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Provenexperience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Strong abilities in wireframing, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Front-end development skills (HTML & CSS) are a plus but not essential.
- Ability to effectively communicate with developers and ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
