Senior Accountant Position – Braintree!
Reed is currently representing a well-established Accountancy Practice based in the Braintree area, who are looking for an ACA/ACCA/AAT or Qualified by Experience Qualified Senior Accountant, who has got experience managing a portfolio of clients.
Job Role
- Preparation & review of accounts for submission.
- Processing of personal tax returns for review, including information gathering
- Management of business tax matters for seld-employed accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with clients & organisation, including HMRC.
- Advise on work throughout the year, providing a commercial mindset to planning.
- Support colleagues with ad hoc duties as required.
- Review the work of other team members, providing construction & supportive feedback.
Job Requirements
- ACCA/ACA/AAT or Qualified by Experience
- Must have at least 5-6 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice
- Experience using Xero, QuickBooks & Sage
- Previously assisted junior members of staff
