Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team and spearhead our entry into the Construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships within the construction sector.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels including AI tech, pre-recorded/online interviews, and assessments.
- Deliver a bespoke recruitment process tailored to the needs of each client.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate and client databases.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the construction sector.
