A great opportunity for an experienced IT Analyst to join a global manufacturers in ensuring all site systems are supported and running!
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- 1st-3rd line support for the site and shopfloor
- Hardware/ laptop/ desktop installations, configs, and fixtures
- 1st point of contact for complex issues
- Server, backup, and domain management
- Software support: Microsoft environment and SAP for their ERP
- Wi-Fi and device management
- Project work
- Weekly alternating shifts: M-T 6am till 2pm/ 2pm till 11.30pm F- half days
Experience required to succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years' working in an IT Analyst role
- Proficient providing 1st-3rd Line support
- Up to date knowledge of Windows platforms
- Demonstrable experience in networking - switches and routers
- Backups - VEEAM / Wasabi Cloud
- Storage solutions- RAID/ SAN/ NAS
- Supported an ERP - ideally SAP
- People person who is confident as sole IT Analyst on site
Benefits include:
- A salary of £40,000-43,000
