Position: House Manager

Location: Oxford Court, FY8 4ED

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0900 - 1700

Salary: £26,000 - £28,080

Oxford Court, located in Lytham sain Annes is a desirable retirement estate comprising of 57 beautiful homes and benefiting from a resident's lounge and guest suite apartment. This estate has nearby transport links including Ansdell and Fairhaven station making it a convenient location.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a House Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to the residents, guest and visitors by being attentive, visible and interactive. You will conduct site walk arounds, ensuring you take the time to meet / greet and communicate with residents.
  • You will hold or support in the coordination of community engagement activities such as morning coffee's, afternoon teas etc.
  • You will manage front desk duties such as parcels, keys, dealing with resident queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
  • You will have a background working in a similar customer facing building management role.
  • You will have a good understanding of building safety, ensuring H&S compliance conducting site patrols, daily, weekly and monthly checks.
  • Supervising contractors that attend the site, ensuring appropriate RAMS, permits to works.
  • Support residents with liaising with third part contractors for their homes as required.
  • You have a good eye for detail and experience in conducting development inspections, reporting any defect and/or health and safety concerns, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • You will occasionally be required to carry out some light cleaning tasks when the contracted cleaners are not onsite to support in maintaining high site standards.
