Compliance Officer - Maldon - £26,000 to £30,000
Rayment Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer for a reputable company in the Maldon area.
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the successful Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company's compliance program.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Auditing and reviewing company policies, practices and documents for compliance risks
- Updating and enforcing the company's policies and procedures
- Arranging the induction and training of new members of staff and ensuring their development is supported
- SharePoint Administration
- Site Maintenance Administration
As the Compliance Officer for the company, you must have the following skills:
- A good understanding of Compliance Management
- Good knowledge of key company procedures and policies
- Must be able to produce accurate policy and procedural documents
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Posses a good understanding of SharePoint
- Have knowledge of PAS 43 and ISO 9001
- Have a basic understanding of health and safety procedures
- Has a basic understanding of audit processes
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
The role is office based and the ideal candidate must be a car driver due to the location.
