Office Administrator

Our client based in Cumnor; Oxford is recruiting for an Office Administrator. This role involves helping the PA who supports the Partners and the team in this busy office of 20-25 people. The role will be assisting the PA with all administration tasks and helping with the smooth running of the office.

Due to the location of our client, it is recommended you can drive.

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing various admin support
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Checking / setting up meeting rooms
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery
  • Creating / amending letters and other documents
  • Ordering refreshments / lunch for meetings
  • Billing, processing post, booking car parking / meeting rooms
