Job Title: Subcontracts Supervisor
Contract Type: 6-month contract (potential to extend)
Rate: £40 - £45 per hour (PAYE only) plus holiday allowance
Working Pattern: Office based
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Working Hours: Full Time
We are seeking a Subcontracts Supervisor to join the project team on a long-term assignment through to the end of 2026. This role requires a highly experienced professional to manage a portfolio of FEED and consultancy support contracts, ensuring effective tendering, negotiation, award, and post-award administration. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of FEED and consultancy support contracts.
- Prepare and issue tender documentation, ensuring completeness and viability.
- Lead tender strategy and conduct clarification meetings.
- Manage communication with tenderers, including issuing bulletins and clarifications.
- Execute technical and commercial evaluations and negotiations in a timely manner.
- Draft and manage contract documentation through to issuance.
- Organize and lead contract kick-off meetings.
- Plan and execute all post-award contract management activities.
- Lead the contract close-out process.
- Report contract progress across all phases using project systems.
Skills and Experience Required for Subcontracts Supervisor
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain/ subcontracts management.
- Proven track record in contract development and execution within major projects.
- Previous experience with oil & gas is advantageous.
- University degree in a relevant subject area.
