We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic administrator/graduate who is keen to enter the legal sector!

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist senior legal administrators and solicitors in day-to-day administrative tasks, including drafting legal documents, preparing correspondence, and managing case files.
  • Support the legal team in conducting legal research, gathering information, and preparing documentation for cases and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records, including client files, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and external parties, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance as required.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and best practices through training and on-the-job learning opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in the legal field.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a commitment to providing high-quality support to the legal team.
