URGENT CALL CENTRE AGENT – Temp (Ongoing)
Our client is a leading financial business. They have built their business from investment banking and are committed to client service and transformative business transactions.
Salary - £13.00 per hour
Location – Birmingham City Centre (Be able to commit to shift work between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday) Hybrid is available on completion of training
About the role:
- Manage customer accounts and provide assistance
- Demonstrate empathetic and excellent customer service
- Resolve customer enquiries on the phone
- Working with a FTSE 100 Company
