Description
The key responsibilities within this role:
- Line management for a team of 5 - 2 Financial Accounts Assistants, 2 Financial Administrators, 1 Financial Accounts Analyst
- Managing Fixed Assets, Treasury, Expenses Management and in house recharges
- Review of balance sheet and controls accounts in the above areas
- Month end closure of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable subledgers.
- FX Unrealised Gains and Losses for AR and AP
- Supporting on Interim and Year End audit.
- Ongoing process review and improvements

The successful candidate will possess:
- A full and recognised accountancy qualification
- A process improvement mindset
- Experience of managing transactional teams in a shared service centre environment
- The ability to take a hands on approach to all tasks
