Technical and Validation Quality Lead
North Kent (hybrid working)
£45-50k + bonus + bens
Monday to Friday (flexi hours)
We are delighted to bring to the market a brand new Technical and Validation Quality Lead role working for an incredibly sought-after employer within a scientific field, who offer a range of benefits and opportunities to their workforce.
Duties for this role include:
- Offering sound technical leadership to the Quality Assurance team
- Managing complaints from start to finish ensuring meticulous investigation of any technical product related issues
- Proactive problem solving any technical quality issues, from raw material through to finish products
- Liaising directly with a range of b2b customers ensuring the highest levels of technical accuracy and customer service, in person as well as over the phone and in writing
- Management of all validation processes across the site maintaining and updating the validation plan, accurately documenting all changes
- Extensive accurate record keeping using Oracle
- Overseeing all validation processes and reporting before final sign-off
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Monitoring performance of the quality team, gathering and analysing data
- Continuous improvement through review of audits both internal and external
- Any other duties as required
To be considered for this fantastic Technical Validation Lead role, you will be:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) within a relevant field (chemistry, materials science, food, life sciences or similar)
- Working within Validation within a relevant sector (ideally healthcare)
- A clear leader as demonstrated through your skills and experience
- Technically minded with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and concise fashion
- An organized, methodical project manager
- Experienced in managing validation processes from start to finish within a healthcare setting: process, test method, cleaning, FUE
- Flexible and able to drive with your own transport (essential)
- Able to work in the UK permanently with NO restrictions (sponsorship will not be offered for this position)
The BEST candidates for this role will also have:
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Up to date knowledge of cGMP and ISO 9001:2015
- Experience working with/knowledge of the FMEA process
- A Pharmaceutical background
