Day to day of the role:
- Collaborate with class teachers to enhance support in the classroom.
- Provide tailored one-on-one assistance to specific students.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Offer additional support to students with SEN and Autism, adapting to their unique needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children or young people; school-based experience is preferred.
- A positive, patient, and nurturing approach to student interaction.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
