As the Senior HR Advisor, you will be the HR Lead in relation to all ER, Employment and Policy challenges within the organisation.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead the full HR Generalist remit of ER, L&D, Recruitment, succession planning and change management.
- Act as company lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Contribute to the People strategy and HR KPI's.
- HR Project work.
- Responsible for staff engagement.
We are looking for:
- Proven background working in a HR Generalist capacity.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified ideally or relevant experience gained.
- Strong communications skill, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in a fast paced generalist environment.
