Piers Meadows Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Band 8a Operational Manager to join an Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) team based in Birmingham.
Location: Based at Northcroft (candidates must have their own transportation to travel between sites if required).
Duration: Initial booking for up to 12 weeks.
Working Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the IPC Annual Programme of Works.
- Providing line management to the Infection Control Nurses.
- Reviewing policies and procedures and supporting the IPC Lead Nurse.
- Managing the team's generic inbox and handling administrative duties.
- Providing IPC guidance to Trust staff and managing outbreak situations.
