SuccessFactors Technical Delivery Manager - Outside IR35
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Delivery Manager with experience in Global Successfactors Implementation.
Length: 6 months
Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week in London
IR35 Status: Outside
Skills required:
- Strong HCM (SuccessFactors) experience. Technical delivery across all phases of project including integrations and ongoing service implementation
- Integrations and migration. Large number applications.
- Sits across SI and ensure acceptance of design, build and ongoing service
- End to end testing and release management
- IT Global rollout and phasing, cutover. Country by country rollout
Our clients HR Transformation programme, within the Global Support Division, is focused on enhancing the colleague experience across its global workforce. Currently, our client operates predominantly across two core Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions alongside multiple ancillary HR tools. This is causing significant operational inefficiencies including fragmented data, outdated information and insufficient self-service capabilities.
To address this, alongside the challenges posed by a complex internal landscape, dynamic business changes due to ongoing acquisitions, and disparate systems and processes, they wish to move to a unified core HR platform for Human Capital Management. The aim is to improve the colleague experience, streamline operations, simplify processes, enhance support, facilitate HR transformation initiatives, unify human capital data across the global organisation and facilitate the HR division's strategic objectives while laying the foundation for future enhancements.
Challenge/Opportunity
SAP Success Factors has been chosen as the HCM solution, and the selection of a Systems Integrator (SI) is in progress. The chosen SI will be responsible for the solution configuration and implementation of the chosen HCM solution across 36 countries globally, managing over 120 integrations, facilitated by a middleware solution, encompassing various payroll providers, ERP systems, Active Directory, and data migration processes.
The Technical Delivery Manager will be accountable for the delivery of this complex programme through the end-to-end delivery life cycle.
They will be responsible for driving delivery and mitigating issues across delivery teams, manage the technical delivery plan and resources, budgets and scope. They will also lead communications, stakeholder engagement and escalations from a technical delivery perspective
