A well-established law firm in North Dorset is offering an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience to join its busy team.
Role Overview
You will manage a diverse range of Private Client cases, including:
- Drafting wills and powers of attorney
- Managing estate administration and planning
- Overseeing trusts and court of protection matters
- Engaging in proactive business development and networking
The ideal candidate will have:
- Approximately 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in Private Client law
- Experience in estate administration and planning, will drafting, and preparation of powers of attorney
- Strong interpersonal skills, positivity, and a team-oriented approach
- A passion for delivering excellent client service
- Self-motivation and proficiency in building relationships
- A professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanour
