Accounts Assistant
- Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
- Location: Surrey
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 5 days in office
Join the finance team as an Accounts Assistant and contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. They are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about finance and making a positive impact within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Day to Day of the role:
- Assist with data entry, bank statement reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Prepare financial reports, support audit activities, and monitor budgets.
- Perform clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Experience or training in finance is essential.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's licence is required.
