Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to adults and children with complex needs in both residential and community settings.
- Assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence.
- Respond effectively to challenging behavior with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including healthcare providers, social workers, and other support staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care and support provided.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a care setting within the UK.
- Enhanced children's and adults DBS with subscription to the update service.
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of professionals.
- Computer literate.
