- Lead and manage reactive and proactive maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to enhance engineering processes
- Ensure compliance with industrial standards and regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety procedures

Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- An engineering degree from a recognised institution would be beneficial however not essential
- Proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Track record of maintenance engineering
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
