Description

  • Lead and manage reactive and proactive maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance engineering processes
  • Ensure compliance with industrial standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of materials and services

Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

  • An engineering degree from a recognised institution would be beneficial however not essential
  • Proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector
  • Track record of maintenance engineering
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Offer

    • A competitive salary in the range of £40,500 - £49,500 per annum.
